XTM is the cybersecurity division and trading brand of PMS Ltd, a New Zealand IT company. PMS Ltd is the organisation that collects and holds any personal information you provide through this website.

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number, along with the area of interest and the message you write. We also record the date and time of your enquiry, the page you sent it from and the website that referred you, where that information is available.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this website. Please do not include passwords, account credentials or confidential technical details in an enquiry form.
Why we collect it
We use these details to read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to keep an internal record of the conversation. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists from a website enquiry.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a private, access-controlled database and are sent to our team by email. We use reputable third-party hosting and email providers to run this website and deliver those messages, which may mean your information is stored or processed on servers outside New Zealand. Those providers act on our instructions.
Who we share it with
We disclose your information only where it is needed to respond to you or deliver a service you have asked about, to the service providers described above, or where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including restricting who can see enquiry records and using encrypted connections to this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected, including any ongoing business relationship or record-keeping obligation, and then remove them.
Access and correction
